Overview. This store is operated by GEARXO LLC ("GEARXO," "we," "us").
By purchasing from gearxo.com, you agree to these terms.

Products and personalization. Product descriptions and photos are as
accurate as we can make them. Personalized items are produced exactly
from the text you provide at checkout; you are responsible for the
accuracy of that text.

Regulatory responsibility. GEARXO manufactures identification tags
and gauges. Possessing, affixing, and using trap tags in compliance with
Florida law — including Rule 68B-13.009, FWC licensing requirements, and
current season and trap rules — is the buyer's responsibility. A tag does
not confer any license, permit, or authorization to fish or set traps.

Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without
notice. Florida sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Florida
addresses. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered
in the store.

Order acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for
a pricing error or a personalization we cannot produce) and will refund
any payment in full if we do.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida
law, GEARXO's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited
to the amount paid for the item. GEARXO is not liable for fines, lost
catch, or other consequences arising from a buyer's use or misuse of a
product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of
Florida.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version
posted in the store at the time of your order applies to that order.
